Welcome to Dailystore Development ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Services and Delivery

We provide digital software development, scripting, and web design services. Upon successful payment processing, you will receive confirmation of your order via email. Digital deliverables (such as source code, scripts, or access credentials) will be delivered electronically via email or a secure repository link within the agreed-upon timeframe.

3. User Obligations and Restrictions

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our software or services to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated in a custom contract, all pre-existing intellectual property and codebase frameworks remain the property of Dailystore Development. Upon final payment, the client is granted a license to use the final delivered product as agreed. We reserve the right to showcase completed public-facing work in our portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Dailystore Development, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website or purchase our services. We are committed to ensuring your privacy is protected and compliant with global data protection regulations (including GDPR).

When you purchase a product or service, our merchant of record, Paddle, may collect your payment information, billing address, and name. We only receive necessary contact details (such as email address and name) to fulfill the service and provide support. We do not process or store your credit card information directly.

- Provide, operate, and maintain our services.
- Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and receipts.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers (such as hosting partners or Paddle) solely for the purpose of operating our business and providing the services, provided those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. Our refund policy is structured to be transparent and compliant with standard digital goods regulations.

1. Digital Goods & Scripts

For pre-made digital scripts, bots, or software templates, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if the product is fundamentally defective, does not function as described, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds for "change of mind" on digital goods that have been downloaded or accessed are generally not permitted.

2. Custom Services & Development

For custom web development, custom software, and specialized services:
- Pre-Development: Full refunds are available if you cancel before any development work has commenced.
- During Development: If you wish to cancel an ongoing project, you will be billed only for the hours/work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any portion of an upfront deposit exceeding the value of the completed work will be refunded.
- Completed Work: Once a custom milestone or project has been delivered, reviewed, and approved by the client, payments for that specific milestone are non-refundable.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@dailystore.dev or via our official Discord server with your order details and the reason for the request. All refund requests are subject to review at our sole discretion. As our payments are processed by Paddle, approved refunds will automatically be credited back to your original payment method via the Paddle platform.
